I have benefited so much from your classes, more than I could have imagined. There are so many positive things, – like going into another room to retrieve something, a small thoughtful pause, will enable me to remember. My sleep pattern has improved, because now I am going to bed earlier and arising, alert and positive. I have done all those jobs I had put off, and subconsciously worried about. I can focus on things much better. I find that I remember things that I associate with mind or visual pictures, so much better. I do realize now that I have very poor cognitive skills, so need to do some work in this area. Thank you so much for your inspirational classes, they are calm, with no anxiety attached, and lead us gently on another way of life. They have truly changed my life style, and I am so grateful.
